Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, New York, NY and Vienna, Austria, 2000 - present

Historian, Pharmacological Procedures in Auschwitz Project, 2018 - present

Research and analyze data from the Claims Conference-administered Fund for Victims of Medical Experiments and from other archival resources. Develop the historical record of pharmacological procedures conducted on female inmates in Auschwitz and Ravensbrück. Compiled, in conjunction with Paul Weindling of Oxford Brookes University, the authoritative list of known Auschwitz and Ravensbrück medical experiment victims.

Historian, Looted Cultural and Religious Property Project, 2004 - present

Research art and Judaica looted across Europe, including analysis of the records of the Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg unit responsible for the looting of art, books and Judaica. Prepare reports and presentations on the state of looted art and Judaica in Europe and in North and South America. Assistant Director, Fund for Victims of Medical Experiments and Other Injuries, 2001 - 2004

Developed and authored a historical matrix by which all reparation claims for Nazi-era medical experiments were verified. Managed application processing, including interviewing surviving victims of medical experiments. Conducted historical research and application analysis. Conducted claim verification negotiations with the German Foundation in Frankfurt. Participated in conference of subject experts on Nazi medical experiments in Berlin.

Conducted historical research into aryanized Jewish property. Monitored and analyzed press material.

Scientific Researcher, Medical Experiments Project

Conducted research on Nazi-era fertility experiments in Auschwitz-Birkenau. Interviewed survivors of fertility experiments, analyzed postwar trials of doctors involved in medical experiments, and carried out archival research in Austria, Germany, Israel and the United States. Produced final report, "My Emotional Suffering is Immeasurable: Fertility Experiments and Their Victims in Auschwitz-Birkenau" (2006).
